The K&L Gates team was led by Sydney asset management and investment funds partner Kane Barnett assisted by associate Alice Ye with U.S. partner Todd Gibson and associate Kat Miller supporting on U.S. regulatory matters. Sydney based corporate partner Daniel Atkin has advised ReGen Ventures on its investments.
Barnett commented: "We are proud to work with the ReGen Ventures team on this new venture capital fund, as it merges early stage investing with impact investing. It is a stunning outcome for ReGen Ventures to have such strong fundraising for its first fund in the challenging COVID-19 environment that shows how the investment thesis resonated with investors in Australia and offshore."
