Baker & McKenzie's Taipei office celebrates its 40th anniversary today, with more than 100 guests, including longstanding clients and friends of the Firm, joining the celebratory reception in Taipei.
Welcoming the guests, Justin Liang, Managing Partner of the Firm's Taipei office, said, "Taiwan has made tremendous strides in economic growth over the last 40 years, and we are very pleased to have been a part of Taiwan's growth story. Over the years, we have been regularly called upon by Taiwanese companies to assist with their domestic legal matters and global expansions, and advised multinational companies on their inbound investments into Taiwan. As we celebrate our 40th anniversary, we would like to thank our clients for their confidence and trust, and we will continue to harness our global capabilities to assist both our Taiwanese and multinational clients as they manage risks and seize opportunities in today's inter-connected global economy."
