On June 19, 2019, the Ministry of Economy and Finance held a consultation workshop on the Draft Law on Public-Private Partnerships (“Draft Law”).
The Draft Law aims to establish the framework for the preparation, implementation, administration, monitoring, and procurement of Public-Private Partnerships (“PPP”) projects.
