Morrison & Foerster partner and global chair of the Private Equity Group, Marcia Ellis, is quoted in Asian Legal Business October 2021 edition.
In the publication, Marcia was named as one of the Top 15 Female Lawyers in Asia. Marcia shared her views on what steps a firms could take to create a supportive environment for female staff members. “The easiest way to make a law firm in to a supportive and welcoming environment for female lawyers and trainee solicitor is to hire lots of women partners and senior associates and give them opportunities,” Marcia said.
