As a native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English, Koey is well positioned to provide seamlessly assist clients with cross-border legal solutions, further enhancing Appleby’s service offerings in the region. Koey obtained an LLM from the University of Cambridge and a JD from the National University of Singapore before working with several Singaporean law firms prior to joining Appleby.
