Skadden is advising Jianpu Technology Inc., the leading independent open platform for discovery and recommendation of financial products in China, on its US$180 million initial public offering of American Depositary Shares and listing on the New York Stock Exchange and US$40 million concurrent placement.
Trading in the shares commenced on 16 November 2017.
The Skadden core team members include Hong Kong partners Julie Gao and Will Cai, counsel Kenneth Chase, and associates Weiwei Chen and Shifeng Ni.
