LexinFintech Holdings Ltd. was established in August 2013, and became listed in the NASDAQ Stock Exchange four years after its establishment.
Since November 2017, China’s financial regulatory institutions have issued several regulatory documents one after another, including the Notice on Immediate Suspension of Approval for Establishment of Online Micro-Loan Companies (Document No.138), Notice on Regulating and Rectifying “Payday Loan” Business (Document No. 141), Implementation Plan for Special Rectification of Online Micro-Loan Business Risk of Micro-Loan Companies (Document No. 56), and the Notice on Improving the Work for Special Rectification and Acceptance of P2P Online Loan Risks (Document No. 57).
