Skadden advised China Literature Ltd, a Tencent subsidiary, and China’s largest online literature company, on its HK$8.3 billion (approximately US$1.06 billion), initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Trade in the shares commenced on 8 November 2017.
The Skadden team is led by partners Julie Gao, Christopher Betts and Haiping Li (Shanghai). The other main team members are Asia Pacific counsel Anthony Pang, and team members Yilin Xu, Paul Mok, Sandra Lou, Jason Xu, Adrian Clevenot, Will Wang and Karen Song.
