The ongoing U.S.-China trade conflict touches industries from agriculture to manufacturing and products from automobiles to seafood, with the United States and China imposing tariffs on hundreds of billions of dollars of goods.
Warren Maruyama, Jared Wessel, and Ben Kostrzewa discuss the status of the trade dispute, possible tariff exclusions, and what companies can do if they are facing a 25 percent tariff on key products.
If your company is potentially impacted by these tariffs, we suggest submitting written comments to the USTR by 17 June. In addition if the list of products are troublesome to your company, we suggest filing a request to the USTR to appear at the public hearing by 10 June.
