Damien has practised in Hong Kong since 1995 and specialises in commercial litigation and international arbitration. His practice involves cross border debt recovery and damages claims; shipping, international trade and sale of goods disputes; misrepresentation and misselling claims concerning financial institutions; acting for companies and underwriters defending personal injury claims including claims arising from incidents on board cruise vessels; and enforcement of judgments and awards in the PRC and in Hong Kong.
