Duane Morris & Selvam LLP acted as the international legal counsel to JM Financial Limited and Edelweiss Financial Services Limited in their role as the book running lead managers on the recent sale of Rs. 5 billion (US$70 million) of equity shares in Prince Pipes Limited in an initial public offering in India and concurrent private placements outside India. The equity shares are now listed on BSE and NSE.
