Duane Morris & Selvam LLP is pleased to announce that it has appointed Crawford Brickley as a senior advisor in its Singapore office. In this key role, Brickley will share his broad range of experience in representing leading corporations and other market participants in capital markets transactions across Asia. He will also provide mentoring, training and guidance to the firm’s younger lawyers and support the firm in its general practice and its client relationship development and management strategies across the region.
Brickley was previously a partner of Clifford Chance LLP between 2001-2016, where he was head of Clifford Chance’s Asia Pacific Capital Markets team from 2005 until 2015. During that time, he was based in Clifford Chance’s Singapore and Hong Kong offices and oversaw the growth and development of one of Asia’s leading capital markets practices, spanning nine regional offices. Prior to that, he was also the founder of the Singapore and Sydney offices and managing partner of the Hong Kong and Tokyo offices of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. Since 2016, he has acted as the president and chief legal officer of Skepsis Capital Pte. Ltd., a boutique M&A consultancy firm focused on originating and arranging private equity and M&A transactions, primarily involving hospitality and renewable energy assets located in Southern Europe.
