Erik Bomans is the CEO of Deminor and has been a partner of Deminor Group since 2000. Prior to joining Deminor, Erik worked as a corporate and M&A lawyer at Linklaters (Brussels, Belgium). He is a Master in Law (University of Leuven, Belgium); a Master of Arts in international politics and economics (Johns Hopkins University, Washington, DC); and a certified international investment analyst (Belgian Association of Financial Analysts). He is also a qualified lawyer (Brussels, 1996).
Erik has been a speaker at various conferences and is the author of various publications on the topic of investor protection and litigation funding. He speaks Dutch, English, French, German and Italian.
Erik focusses on origination, management and funding of complex litigation projects.
