Chinese law firm FenXun Partners has appointed a new Partner, Mr. Zhong Gang in its Beijing M&A practice group. Zhong Gang's practice focuses on the full range of M&A, foreign direct investment and corporate and commercial matters. He has been admitted to practice law in the People's Republic of China since 1997. Prior to joining the Firm, he is a partner at a leading domestic law firm.
Throughout his career, he has advised a number of clients on major inbound foreign investment projects in China.
Over the years, he has also served as legal counsel to several multinational companies and sat on the board of several offshore companies in the chemicals and petroleum industry. In addition, he has assisted domestic and international clients on a number of litigation and arbitration cases before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), and provided Chinese legal opinions to the High Court of Hong Kong as an experienced advisor on Chinese law. He has been serving as an Arbitrator with CIETAC since 2014.

Zhong Gang is the latest in a series of hires for FenXun Partners as it seeks to further expand its Joint Operation with Baker McKenzie, which has been operating through the Shanghai Free Trade Zone (FTZ) since 2015.
