Leading commercial law firm Hill Dickinson is delighted to announce the appointment of Alex May to its expanding non-contentious team in Hong Kong. Alex joined the firm on 12 November 2018.
Alex joins as counsel, and is a New York qualified lawyer with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, general corporate work, anti-corruption and FCPA, data privacy, restructuring, corporate governance, licensing and commercial matters.
His career has seen him gain broad international experience in Asia, with almost two decades in China as well as Cambodia and Sri Lanka.
Hill Dickinson’s Hong Kong office goes from strength-to-strength, having made a number of notable senior appointments in the last month. Edward Liu and Antony Cowie both joined on 22 October 2018.
