The Asia growth drive continues at Hogan Lovells Lee & Lee with the hire of partner Kent Phillips in Singapore. Kent will join Hogan Lovells' litigation & arbitration practice bringing to the firm a wealth of experience in arbitration, the energy sector and Southeast Asia.
Commenting on his arrival Michael Davison, head of the Litigation & Arbitration practice, said:

Kent will join Hogan Lovells from Berwin Leighton Paisner where he is the head of arbitration. He originally qualified in New Zealand before moving to London in 1998. Kent has previously handled one of the most significant and high profile cases before the English courts in acting on the Berezovsky litigation. He is experienced as counsel and as arbitrator, particularly in the energy sector (including projects and construction) and also in financial services.
