Returning to normal – the reemergent risk of dawn raids
Competition regulators have spent the last year using alternative means of gathering information in their investigations. But as they return to a ‘normal’ mode, the risk of dawn raids arises once again. Previously, the Hong Kong Competition Commission has used such unannounced inspections frequently. These can be incredibly disruptive to daily business operations and getting it right from the moment inspectors arrive on-site is crucial to be best defending your rights.
