Elsie Chan, Partner, has recently contributed the Hong Kong chapter to the 2019 edition of the Global Investigations Review’s (GIR) Employee Rights Know-how.
In this chapter Elsie provides answers to 29 key questions concerning employee rights in Hong Kong. The first half of the chapter relates to the company’s investigation, followed by questions covering the employee’s perspective.
