Cynthia Chung, Head of Employment, and Elsie Chan, Employment Partner, recently released an inaugural report on the state of corporate culture in Hong Kong. Based on a survey of more than 1,000 working professionals and 100 senior in-house human resources and legal managers in Hong Kong, the report entitled, ‘Empowering the workplace: Modernising corporate culture to position Hong Kong for success’, provides significant insights into current corporate culture standards in Hong Kong.

Cynthia and Elsie officially launched the report on 20 January at a media roundtable event for local media. Journalists, reporters and editors from more than eight publications joined to hear Cynthia and Elsie share their insights and discuss the issues revealed in the report. Following the roundtable, a press release was issued to the entire media community.

To date, we have received coverage in more than 15 media outlets, including a feature on the front page of the ‘City’ section of South China Morning Post, Bloomberg, Hong Kong Economic Times, The Standard, HK01, Apple Daily, Human Resources Director and ET Net among others. Cynthia was also interviewed in a live broadcast for Metro Radio Live on 22 January.
