Skadden advised Weibo Corporation, a leading Chinese social media company, on its public offering of US$ 750 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.375% notes due 2030.
The notes have been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and are expected to be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
Weibo Corporation expects to receive net proceeds from the offering of approximately US$ 740 million, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses, and intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
