Skadden advised Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. in its offering of 86,111,300 shares of common stock. The offer price per share was JPY 3,947 (approximately US$ 37.9), for a total offer value of JPY 339.8 billion (approximately US$ 3.26 billion) The shares of common stock are listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The offering closed on 2 December 2020.
