Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a Regulation S offering by Zhenro Properties Group Limited of $110 million 9.15% senior notes due 2022 (to be consolidated and form a single class with the $200 million 9.15% senior notes due 2022 issued on March 8, 2019).
Zhenro Properties Group Limited is a property developer that focuses on the development of residential properties and the development, operation and management of commercial and mixed-use properties in China. Zhenro Properties Group Limited is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
