SMECorner, the online lending platform has raised approximately around $7 million (Rs. 47.5 crore) collectively from Capital First and the existing investors such as Accion Africa-Asia Investment Company and a clutch of high net worth individuals.
The capital raised by SMECorner is a mix of both equity and debt wherein Rs 25 crore has been raised in debt and the rest Rs 22.5 crore is raised in equity.
