India’s largest and leading full service law firm, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, has appointed Mukul Sharma as a corporate partner of the firm, to be based out of the Delhi offices with immediate effect.
Mukul has over 10 years of experience in General Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Law, Securities Law and Corporate Advisory. He has regularly advised clients in various sectors including broadcasting, hospitality, real estate and e-commerce on matters relating to SEBI regulations, foreign exchange laws and company law issues.
Mukul joined erstwhile Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co.’s Delhi office in December, 2011 and was with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas prior to joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. He has also worked previously with AZB & Partners. He obtained his B.A. LL.B. (Hons) degree from National Law School of India University (NLS), Bangalore in 2008.
