The MCA vide circular dated 30 July 2021 has clarified that spending of CSR funds for vaccination for persons other than employees and their families is an eligible CSR activity under Schedule VII to the Companies Act relating to promotion of healthcare (including preventing healthcare) and disaster management respectively.
