Implementation of Circular on Guidelines in pursuance of amendment to SEBI KYC (Know Your Client) Registration Agency (KRA) Regulations, 2011- SEBI has received requests from the KRAs to extend the timelines for applicability of the clause 9 and clause 13 which were to come into effect from July 01, 2022.
As per the current circular, SEBI has decided to extend the timeline to August 1, 2022.
