The Department of Consumer Affairs has on March 28, 2022 issued a Notification on “Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Amendment Rules 2022”.
The Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Amendment Rules 2022 has been issued to amend the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011. The Amendments shall come into force on October 1, 2022.
