Legally India published a deal announcement by Rajani Associates advising Monte Carlo Fashions Limited in successfully completed its buy-back of its shares.
The buyback was undertaken on a proportionate basis from eligible shareholders through the tender offer process prescribed under the SEBI (Buy-Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018.
