Government Regulation No. 109 of 2015, dated December 28, 2015, regarding Horticulture Financing. This Regulation implements Article 96(5) of Law No. 13 of 2010 regarding Horticulture. It essentially provides a nancing mechanism for horticulture activities. The Regulation states that the central government and regional governments provide nancing for the implementation of horticulture, which includes nancing for horticulture research and development. Horticulture business nancing is to be sourced from the business community, nancing/banking institutions, social development funds and other valid sources of funding. The central government and regional governments may also provide nancial assistance to business players for the development of horticulture business. This Regulation came into force on the date of its promulgation.
Government Regulation No. 110 of 2015, dated December 28, 2015, regarding the Horticulture Agrotourism Business. This Regulation concerns the implementation of agrotourism in horticulture plantation areas. The horticulture agrotourism business can be conducted by the central government, regional governments and/or business actors. This Regulation states that to engage in the horticulture agrotourism business, a party must register its business pursuant to the laws regulating tourism. This Regulation came into force on the date of its promulgation.
