Government Regulation No. 107 of 2015, dated December 28, 2015, regarding Industrial Business License. This Regulation contains provisions relating to the requirements for industrial companies to own an Industrial Business License and sets out the mechanism to obtain such license. The Industrial Business License is valid so long as the industrial company is conducting the industrial activity speci ed in the license. Industrial companies that have an Industrial Business License may conduct an expansion without having to obtain an Expansion License. Industrial Business Licenses obtained pursuant to the predecessor of this Regulation, Government Regulation No. 13 of 1995, are still valid. This Regulation came into force on the date of its promulgation.
Government Regulation No. 142 of 2015, dated December 28, 2015B, regarding Industrial Estates. This Regulation governs the establishment and management of industrial estates in Indonesia. Of particular relevance, it contains procedures to obtain an Industrial Estate Business License for companies intending to establish and manage an industrial estate. It also stipulates incentives that could be provided to industrial companies established inside an industrial estate. Companies managing an industrial estate and having licenses under the predecessor of this Regulation, Government Regulation No. 24 of 2009, may continue their business using their existing licenses. This Regulation came into force on the date of its promulgation.
Minister of Industry Regulation No. 14/M-IND/PER/2/2016, dated February 25, 2016B, regarding Technical Criteria for the Import of Used Capital Goods. This Regulation contains technical requirements for companies to import used capital goods. Used capital goods can be imported by (i) Direct User Companies, (ii) Recondition Companies and (iii) Remanufacturing Companies. This Regulation came into force on the date of its promulgation.
