Minister of Public Works and Housing Regulation No. 43 PRT/M/2015, dated October 7, 2015, regarding the Indonesia Toll Road Authority. This Regulation ratifies the formation of the Indonesia Toll Road Authority or Badan Pengatur Jalan Tol (“BPJT”). Pursuant to this Regulation, the BPJT is a non-structural entity that will report to the Minister of Public Works and Housing. The BPJT is a public authority that is authorized to organize, administer, market and monitor toll roads in Indonesia. This Regulation also stipulates the functions and duties of the BPJT, one of which is to organize open and transparent tenders for toll road procurements. It came into effect on the date of its enactment.
