Law No. 1 of 2016, dated January 19, 2016, regarding Guarantee. This Law serves as a framework for the guarantee business in Indonesia. It sets forth provisions on, among other things, guarantee institutions, licensing requirements and other requirements for guarantee institutions and the conduct of guarantee business. Guarantee business is generally de ned as the activities conducted by guarantee institutions to provide security for the ful llment of nancial obligations of the secured against the security receiver. The Law aims to assist micro, small and medium businesses to obtain funds for their business activities. Guarantee business shall be under the auspices of the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (“OJK”). This Law came into effect on the date of its promulgation.
Government Regulation No. 96 of 2015, dated December 28, 2015, regarding Facilities and Easement in Special Economic Zones. The Regulation stipulates that investors in Special Economic Zones may receive facilities and easement in relation to (i) taxation, customs and excise, (ii) ow of goods, (iii) manpower, (iv) immigration processing, (v) land, and (vi) licensing and non-licensing. It speci es the speci c forms of facilities and easement that investors may receive in the above sectors. The implementing regulations for this Government Regulation shall be stipulated at the latest 60 days after the promulgation of this Regulation, which came into effect on the date of its promulgation.
Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 58/Permentan/PK.210/11/2015, dated December 7, 2015, regarding the Entry of Carcasses, Meat and/or its Processed Products into the Territory of Indonesia. The Regulation provides technical provisions related to the requirements, procedures and monitoring of animal carcasses, meat and/ or its processed products entering the territory of Indonesia. Business players, state- owned enterprises, regional-owned enterprises, social institutions and foreign state representative/international institutions that have obtained a permit from the Minister of Trade may bring into Indonesia carcasses, meat and/or its process products. This Regulation revokes Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 139/Permentan/ PD.410/12/2014 as amended, and came into effect on the date of its promulgation.
Minister of Tourism Regulation No. 24 of 2015, dated December 23, 2015, regarding Standards for Campground Business. The stated aim of this Regulation is to implement provisions regarding the tourism business in Government Regulation No. 52 of 2012 (“GR 52/2012”). The campground business is open to individuals and Indonesian business entities. Individuals and business entities engaged in the campground business must obtain certi cation from the Tourism Business Certi cation Institution based on the standards as regulated under this Regulation. A campground business that does not have such certi cation is subject to certain administrative sanctions. This Regulation came into effect on the date of its promulgation.

The stated aim of this Regulation is to implement provisions regarding tourism business standards in Government Regulation No. 52 of 2012 (“GR 52/2012”). The motel business is open to individuals and Indonesian business entities. Individuals and business entities engaged in the motel business must obtain certi cation from the Tourism Business Certi cation Institution based on the standards as regulated under this Regulation. A motel business that does not have such certi cation is subject to certain administrative sanctions. This Regulation came into effect on the date of its promulgation.

The stated aim of this Regulation is to implement provisions regarding tourism business standards in Government Regulation No. 52 of 2012 (“GR 52/2012”). The billiard house business is open to individuals and Indonesian business entities. Individuals and business entities engaged in the billiard house business must obtain certi cation from the Tourism Business Certi cation Institution based on the standards as regulated under this Regulation. A billiard house business that does not have such certi cation is subject to certain administrative sanctions. This Regulation came into effect on the date of its promulgation.

The stated aim of this Regulation is to implement provisions regarding tourism business standards in Government Regulation No. 52 of 2012 (“GR 52/2012”). The hot spring management business is open to individuals and Indonesian business entities. Individuals and business entities engaged in the hot spring management business must obtain certi cation from the Tourism Business Certi cation Institution based on the standards as regulated under this Regulation. A hot spring management business that does not have such certi cation is subject to certain administrative sanctions. This Regulation came into effect on the date of its promulgation.
Minister of Tourism Regulation No. 28 of 2015, dated December 23, 2015, regarding Standards for Food Sales Center Business. The stated aim of this Regulation is to implement provisions regarding tourism business standards in Government Regulation No. 52 of 2012 (“GR 52/2012”). This Regulation regulates the minimum requirements for operating a food sales center and provides guidance for the certi cation of the food sales center business. The food sales center business is open to individuals and Indonesian business entities. Certi cation from the Tourism Business Certi cation Institution is needed to operate the food sales center business, with certi cation based on the standards as regulated under this Regulation. Failure to obtain such certi cation shall be subject to certain administrative sanctions. This Regulation came into effect on the date of its promulgation.
