Government Regulation No. 123 of 2015, dated December 28, 2015, regarding the Amendment of Government Regulation No. 131 of 2000 regarding Income Tax for Deposit and Saving Interest and Bank Indonesia Certificate Discount. This Regulation mainly amends the income tax tariffs for interest from US Dollar and Rupiah deposits originating from export income and which are placed at banks in Indonesia, as well as income tax tariffs for interest from Bank Indonesia Certificate accounts and discounts. It came into force on the date of its promulgation.
