Minister of Trade Regulation No. 127/M-DAG/PER/12/2015, dated December 29, 2015, regarding Provisions for the Import of Used Capital Goods. Used capital goods are categorized separately based on the type of company (i.e., Direct-User Company, company engaged in the reconditioning industry, remanufacturing company). This Regulation also sets out an age requirement for capital goods that can be imported. A company that wishes to import used capital goods shall obtain approval from the Minister of Trade. Upon the issuance of this Regulation, Minister of Trade Regulation No. 75/M-DAG/PER/12/2013 is revoked. This Regulation came into effect as of February 1, 2016 and will cease to have effect on December 31, 2018.
Minister of Trade Regulation No. 05/M-DAG/PER/1/2016, dated January 28, 2016, regarding Provisions for the Import and Export of Animals and Animal-Based Products. This Regulation limits the speci c types of animals and/or animal-based products that may be exported and imported, in consideration of national necessity. Only companies that have obtained export approval from the Ministry of Trade can export animals and/ or animal-based products. This Regulation sets out the administrative requirements and the procedure for obtaining Ministry of Trade approval. As for the import of animals and/or animal-based products, this Regulation determines the types of animals and/or animal- based products that can be imported only by State-Owned Enterprises and/or Regional- Owned Enterprises, or that can also be imported by a private company as categorized therein. This Regulation stipulates administrative requirements and the procedure for obtaining approval as an importer. It revokes Minister of Trade Regulation No. 46/M-DAG/ PER/8/2013, as lastly amended by Minister of Trade Regulation No. 41/M-DAG/ PER/6/2015. It came into effect on the date of its promulgation.
