SSEK founding partner Ira A. Eddymurthy and partner Fransiscus Rodyanto (Frans) were featured speakers at a recent International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) webinar on servicification and manufacturing.
Ira and Frans discussed the application of export-processing customs regimes (e.g., drawback, inward processing, etc.) in Indonesia to relieve taxation on service-inputs for exported goods.
They discussed the main customs regimes covering manufacturing for export in Indonesia and the relationship between services inputs and exports, current customs policies in Indonesia, in particular drawback regimes or inward processing regimes, among other topics.
