Skadden advised Open House Co., Ltd., in its ¥40.5 billion (approximately US$384 million) global offering of common stock, which is listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Open House Co., Ltd. is a leading Japanese real estate company engaged in the development and sale of single-family homes and other real estate businesses. The offering closed on July 28, 2020.
