Skadden represented Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. in its ¥359.5 billion (approximately US$3.3 billion) global offering of common stock, which is listed on the Tokyo stock exchange. Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd.is a leading global provider of HR technology, media & solutions and staffing services. The offering closed on 18 September 2019.
The team was led by partner Kenji Taneda and included counsel Ken Kiyota and associates Akira Tago and Kyle Huh. All attorneys are based in Tokyo.
