Skadden represented Appier Group, Inc. in its 29.81 billion yen (approximately US$272 million) initial public offering on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Appier Group, Inc. is a leading provider of artificial intelligence software as a service (AISaaS). Trading commenced on 30 March 2021.
