Skadden advised Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, Merrill Lynch International, Daiwa Capital Markets Europe Limited, J.P. Morgan Securities plc and Citigroup Global Markets Limited as international joint lead managers in the JPY395 billion (approximately US$3.6 billion) global offering of common stock of Renesas Electronics Corporation on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Renesas Electronics Corporation is a leading global semiconductor company that designs, develops, manufactures, markets and distributes a broad range of semiconductor products and solutions. The offering closed on June 16, 2021.
