On December 15, 2017, Shen You Holdings Limited (“Shen You Holdings”, stock code: 8377.HK) was successfully listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Shen You Holdings is principally engaged in the manufacturing and selling of sewing threads. It currently manufactures polyester sewing threads, which are mainly used for garments. Its major product for sale is 100% spun polyester sewing threads. It also offers other types of sewing threads, namely a textured polyester series, elastic filament sewing threads, and weft yarn. Its products are manufactured in its Guangzhou Production Facilities and sold in the PRC, Hong Kong, and overseas.
JunHe, as the PRC legal counsel to the Sponsor and Underwriter in this project, excellently completed such work as a domestic legal due diligence investigation of Shen You Holdings, reviewing and revision of the prospectus and project documents, assisting the Sponsor in interviews with governmental authorities, and conducting due diligence interviews with third parties, so as to smoothly procure the listing of Shen You Holdings.
