The Zero2IPO Research Center recently released the China Venture Capital & Private Equity Annual Rankings for 2021. JunHe was named in the top 10 Legal Counsel for Domestic Listings of PRC Companies (supported by VC/PE) and proudly won the honorary title of the Best Legal Consultant in China's Overseas M&A Market.
The Zero2IPO Research Center has published the China Venture Capital & Private Equity Annual Rankings for 21 consecutive years. It aims to provide an effective evaluation and reference system for China's equity investment industry, and has been strongly supported and affirmed by both Chinese and foreign investment institutions. The two awards that JunHe won were selected by the media according to the number and the amount of domestic listing projects and overseas M&A projects respectively. These awards affirm the strength of JunHe’ s domestic listings and overseas M&A business.
