The Astana International Financial Centre’s (AIFC) Court and International Arbitration Centre (IAC) recently held their second annual Moot, or mock, trial competition final.
The competition involved a common law legal problem and required analysis and oral presentation of legal arguments in the presence of two senior AIFC Court judges.
