LAWASIA BRI of China has a multinational effect on other countries including Kazakhstan. BRI is a great chance to grasp a shared interest in building a solid basis for the sustainable development of the entire continent.
This session will focus on “Connecting Belt and Road Hubs for Legal, Mediation, Arbitration, and Other Infrastructure Development Services” with Panel Speakers from China, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Hong Kong, and Singapore as well as UNCITRAL: United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.
