Ayana is a Partner at Unicase and a Head of Tashkent office. She has more than 10 years’ experience in advising corporate practice clients, including mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international corporate finance, IPOs, private equity, joint ventures, public takeovers, corporate governance, restructuring, and insolvency. Ayana has a profound track record in many industries such as corporate law and M&A, finance and securities.

Recently, Ayana has been advising clients in energy, PPP and infrastructure projects related to the Uzbekistan jurisdiction.
Ms Unerbayeva is a member of Kazakhstan Bar and Kazakhstan Lawyers’ Associations, with a brilliant LLM in Banking and Financial Law from Boston University, MA, and an outstanding LLB from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
