The report observes the evolution of the General Counsel role from being, primarily, a legal function to becoming an essential part of the wider strategic and resource management of the organisation.

This year’s report takes a close look at how the risk landscape is shifting and assesses how Board Directors and in-house legal leaders are addressing the challenges and opportunities presented by rapidly accelerating technologies including blockchain, smart contracts and artificial intelligence.
