The Temporary Measures for Reducing the Impact of Coronavirus Diseases 2019 (COVID-19) Bill sets out temporary measures to lessen the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Such measures are meant to address the effects of the pandemic on the country’s economy and well-being. Part II of the Bill deals with contractual obligations and claims, and provides temporary relief measures in relation to any inability to perform certain contractual obligations.
