We have been informed by the Malaysia Competition Commission (“MyCC”) that they are in the midst of concluding a Market Review on the Food Sector under the Competition Act 2010 (you may access the draft final report here). This market review aims to identify the market structure, supply chain and competition level within the Malaysian food sector.
For your information, MyCC is inviting public feedback on the above between 3 June 2019 to 3 July 2019.
