ACCRALAW contributed the chapter on the Philippines in the recent Comparative Guide on Litigation of The Legal 500. Lawyers from its Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department, namely, Ramon G. Samson, George S.D. Aquino, Antonio Bonifacio C. Reynes, Angelmhina D. Lencio provided the overview of litigation rules of procedure and legal processes in the country. Julienne Therese V. Salvacion also assisted. The recent amendments on the rules on civil procedure and evidence, key developments in arbitration and special procedures promulgated in light of the COVID-19 pandemic were also discussed.
