Which Civil Liability Convention (‘CLC’) regime applies?
Hong Kong applies the International Convention on Civil Liability for Oil Pollution Damage, 1992, as modified by Resolution LEG. 1(82), via the Merchant Shipping (Liability and Compensation for Oil Pollution) Ordinance (Cap. 414).
