Skadden acted as underwriters' counsel representing Deutsche Bank AG, Hong Kong Branch, CIMB Securities Limited, Mizuho Securities Asia Limited, ING Bank N.V. and RHB Securities Hong Kong Limited, on Modern Dental Group Limited's approximately HK$1.05 billion (US$135 million) initial public offering on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Shares began trading on December 15, 2015.
